There is a minimum of two cleaners per house with a minimum payment equivalent to 1.5 Hour(s) of Labor. ($82.50) Per cleaner, Based on the hourly rate shown above. If your bill at checkout is smaller than the price of labor hours accrued, The bill will automatically be updated and charged hourly. You may call with any and all questions at (503-990-4117) In the event that a (LOCK OUT) Occurs, there will be a $60.00 Lock out fee. ask customer service for details. In the event of a late cancellation, a $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
